Master the essential barbell exercises in this program that will be the foundation of your strong, resilient physique. This program will not only lead you to becoming a confident barbell athlete but you’ll notice your strength balloon and your muscles pop (not like so much strength your muscles pop, but like they’re popping to the admirers….its a good program!)
- Program Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app! Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser!

- Duration: 30 Days, 40-60 Minutes Per Day, 5 Days a Week (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
- To maximize your results, we recommend repeating once or twice! (You'll still be a master of 30 days)
