About the different classes
Pole – Pole dance is a form of fitness that is a combination of dance and acrobatic poses and movements done on a vertical pole. This requires significant core and muscle strength, built and shaped while learning the art of pole dancing.
Aerial Hoop – A lyra/aerial hoop is a round steel hoop suspended from the ceiling. Aerial hoop work focuses on building skill and strength while doing different tricks and poses in, around, and through the hoop.
Aerial Silks – Aerial Silks are performed using fabric suspended from the ceiling to perform elegant movements while hanging from the ceiling. This requires a lot of flexibility, upper body, and core strength, also gained while learning the art of aerial silks.
Yoga – A combination of controlled breathing, physical, mental and spiritual movements, and transitions to increase flexibility. It helps clear the mind and relieve the body from day-to-day stress.
